Jonathan Kulathungam joined Teplitsky, Colson in 1997 to complete his articles. Since being called to the Bar in 1999, he has continued with a broad litigation practice devoted to numerous aspects litigation including shareholder disputes, commercial development, wrongful dismissal, breach of contracts, real estate, construction, and estates.

Mr. Kulathungam has appeared as counsel in all levels of court in Ontario and has several reported decisions. He also represented clients in mediations, appeared as counsel for the Real Estate Council of Ontario, appeared before City Council, the National Parole Board and various other tribunals.

Besides having a busy and successful practice, Mr. Kulathungam is also currently a Co-Chair of the firms articling committee and continues to be involved in the education process by acting as a judge for law school moots and speaking at various universities in Ontario.

Mr. Kulathungam practices in James Wortzman’s group with Karey Ann Dhirani and Michael Gayed.
